1 lb. ground beef
1 crushed garlic clove
2 large onions (chopped)
1/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can kidney beans (do not drain)
1 can butter beans (do not drain)
1 can lima beans (do not drain)
1 (28 oz.) can baked beans
Brown beef, garlic and onions. Cook till tender.
Add white vinegar, brown sugar and prepared mustard. Simmer 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and bake uncovered in a large casserole container.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Double the recipe if taking to a party or serving more than 4 people.
